A few months back, my brother Jeff Quinn and I were invited out to Mohr Custom Knives in Jefferson City, TN, which is a few hours' travel East of Gunblast World Headquarters, by Rick and Tom Mohr. We had never met the Mohrs before, but they were really interested in showing us their operation, and seemed to be really proud of the knives they make there.

Rick and Tom proved to be very nice fellows, and very knowledgeable about their craft. They had made a custom knife just for Jeff, that they called the "Quinn Knife". Made from steel reclaimed from a 1978 Chevrolet truck leaf spring, hand-forged, hand-shaped, and heat-treated to a very strong blade, the Quinn Knife is both practical and beautiful, and is a worthy bearer of the Quinn name.

We are pleased to have made some new friends in Tom and Rick Mohr, and their shop dog, Riley. Mohr Custom Knives are superbly crafted, and will stand up to many years of hard use. Check out Mohr Custom Knives on the Web, you will be glad you did!
